Q. How do I search for a movie/title ?

A. Simply type part of the name in the search box on the left hand side and
click the Search button. Then click on the title you're interested in from the
search results.

Q. Can you include other retailers ?
|
A. Yes - please email us and let us know who they are. We've found it of help
if you also email the retailer asking them about getting a listing on our site.

Q. I think there is an incorrect price, what should I do ?
|
A. Please email us at once and let us know which DVD title it is and which
retailer's price seems to be incorrect.
|

Q. I'm not getting any prices returned, why ?
|
A. This is usually because of one of two things :- (1) Your browser security level is set so high that the scripts used to retrieve the DVD prices are not allowed to run. Check your settings and make sure that scripts are allowed (2) Your browser will simply not support the technology used to get the prices. In either case, clicking the 'Click here' link on the DVD summary page should retrieve the prices correctly.
